A Chinese carved nut and yellow metal filigree bracelet, each bead decorated with either figures or auspicious items and flowers and Chinese characters, with alternate yellow metal filigree beads.
'THE Rarest Rolex _ THE KEW "A"'_ A 1940's Rolex Steel Cased Wristwatch with a Kew A Certificated and Rated Movement from Kew Observatory, London. The watch received this rating on the 26th July 1948 after failing on the 30th May 1947 and again on 11th September 1947 Ref: 5056, 30mm case no. 629997, movement numbered 4213. Rolex submitted 140+ watches to Kew, mostly ref: 5056. This watch is mentioned on page 272 of 'THE BEST OF TIME, ROLEX WRISTWATCHES' by Dowling & Hess. Needs attention

A ROYAL CHRISTENING PRESENT:- AN EARLY VICTORIAN SILVER-GILT CUP & COVER, maker John Mortimer & John Samuel Hunt, London, 1839, of part-fluted vase form with bifurcated scroll handles hung with pendent bell-flowers, the waisted neck applied with floral swags, the body with broad matted frieze decorated in high relief with children & playful putti, the lower body applied with foliage, on pedestal foot decorated with repetitive flower-heads & winged cherub masks, the cover similarly decorated below a fluted pedestal surmounted by a finial of an angel with attendant putto and inset pearl, engraved with Queen Victoria's crowned cypher & inscribed Victoria Alexandrina Digby From Her Godmother VR, June 22, 1840, 37cm high. contained in its original leather and silk lined case bearing makers name. 2026gms, 65,16ozs. Provenance; By family decent. Given by Queen Victoria to her goddaughter Victoria Alexandrina Digby on the occasion of her christening in 1840. Victoria was the daughter of Edward St. Vincent Digby 9th Baron Digby, she married in 1865, and died in Devon at the age of 77 in 1917.

Dinky Pre-War 25 Commercial Motor Vehicles Set contained in 1st Series "Dinky Toys" grey marble style box containing 6x 25 Series Lorries all with type 2 black chassis - (1) 25a Wagon in blue with black smooth hubs, (2) 25b Covered Wagon in green, military green tilt, smooth black hubs, (3) 25c Flat Truck in dark green with dark green smooth hubs, (4) 25d Petrol Tank Wagon in dark green, "PETROL" in black, smooth black hubs, (5) 25e Tipping Wagon in stone, smooth black hubs, (6) 25f Market Gardeners Lorry in dark green with smooth black hubs - good to excellent, 2 or 3 have replacement tyres, one wheel comes loose to 25f, 25c has fatigue to hubs (4 models have thin axles, 2 have thick axles) - the box is an amazing survivor being a grey marble print from 1937 in line with the change to the type 2 chassis models with "Meccano Co of America 200 - 5th Avenue - New York" label which is very rare to find, yellow "Commercial Motor Vehicles 25" to end. The box retains bright vibrant colours to the labels but does have some wear, most corners have torn but have been considerately repaired, card divider quite likely to be a replacement. A very seldom seen set.
