An Exceptional and Rare Patek Philippe 14ct gold wristwatch with oval dial having blue Arabic numerals, Serial No 181394 and PATEK PHILIPPE GÈNEVE stamped to back of case alongside gold marks. Inside of case with gold marks P.P.Co. Case c. 39x25mm, dial c. 34x20mm, on a chain link strap, 45.7g gross
This would have been a man's watch, obviously would now be considered small by today's standards. The strap I think is original, but I am not certain. Obvious signs of careful light use. Winds and keeps time over half an hour. The glass is loose and there is some loss to the dial, some of this loss can just be seen when the watch is closed
